Position: Screen Repair Technician
Location: Mount Pleasant, WI
Type: Temporary Position with the opportunity to become Full-Time.
Pay Rate: $18.80

Responsibilities:

• Screen Removal and Installation: Safely and efficiently remove standard window screens and tilt-in window screens from customer premises. Install repaired or replaced window screens ensuring secure fitting.
• Screen Repair & Replacement: Identify damages and assess the level of repair required.

Repair any damages to window screen frames. Replace window screen mesh ensuring a tight and wrinkle-free fit.

• Organization & Labeling: Label each batch of window screens with appropriate details ensuring easy identification. Organize screens methodically for swift pickup and delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure each screen meets the company's quality standards before delivery. Address any customer concerns or feedback promptly.
• Workspace Management:Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the heated garage. Ensure tools and materials are well-maintained and available.Skills & Qualifications:
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify even minor damages in window screens and ensure precise repairs.
• Manual Dexterity: Skillful hands to work with tools and delicate screen materials.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Organizational Skills: Efficiently categorize, label, and manage multiple window screens simultaneously.
• Technical Skills: Previous experience in window screen repair is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift window screens and stand for extended periods.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with team members, sharing insights, and assisting when necessary.
