Frequently Asked Questions
Here are common questions about our services, methods, and payments that our customers often ask before working with us.
While you do not need to be present for us to do the cleaning, we do ask that you go through this checklist before we arrive.
- For All Cleanings
- Make sure your outside water source is on.
- Let us know if there is a water source that we should not use.
- If you’re not able to be home for the job, please leave a check in a privately disclosed location.
- Close windows and doors
- Unlock any backyard gates.
- Please have your vehicles parked away from the areas to be cleaned (20-30' from the house). The end of the driveway or in the street is fine.
- Pick up doggy-doo if possible.
- Keep children and pets indoors during the duration of our cleaning
- For Siding Washing:
- If possible, remove any flags, doormats, cushions, bird feeders, hanging plants, etc. that you'd prefer to move and place them indoors or in the garage. We can move most items and place them on the lawn while we clean and replace them afterward.
- Let us know if there are any areas of concern. (Leaky problems areas, a window that doesn’t seal well, etc.).
- If you're concerned about door seals, you can place a towel on the inside of any exterior doors.
- For Dryer Vent Cleaning
- Please remove all items from inside of the dryer.
- Since the dryer will need to be pulled out, please remove all items from on top of and around the dryer.
- For Window Cleaning
- Have window blinds pulled up
- Remove any suction cups or items hanging on the glass
- You don’t need to move any furniture
- Please move picture frames, plants, items important to you that you would prefer to handle, etc from the cleaning area.
Yes, we can work in the rain. It can be quite nice to let Mother Nature help us rinse! If it is lighting or storming too hard we may have to postpone or reschedule.
We try to reserve our weekends for family time and relaxation. However, sometimes we have to work around the business hours of our valued clients.

What is the “Clog-Free Guarantee?”
You deserve a company who 100% stands behind their work. Not only want to make sure that you’re thrilled with our services, we want to help you sleep better at night even after the work is done. If you have received a gutter cleaning that includes a “Clog-Free Guarantee,” That means we will come out free of charge to remove a clogged gutter downspout.
Just let us know if you observe any gutter overflows or draining issues and we will come out as soon as possible to unclog that gutter.
What services include the “Clog-Free Guarantee?”
Our Premium & Deluxe Gutter Cleaning Package includes the “Clog-Free Guarantee.” The way the Deluxe Package will appear on your invoice is as such: *Includes a “3-Month Clog-free guarantee.
How long is the “Clog-Free Guarantee” good for after I have my Gutters Cleaned?
The Clog-Free Guarantee is valid for 3 months (or 90 days) after the last service date and included in the up-front cost to the client.
What does the “Clog-Free Guarantee” include?
Our “Clog-Free Guarantee” means: if within 3 months after we clean your gutters, you observe that the downspouts are not draining properly, that they are clogged or overflowing with water, you must call us and we will respond to the issue and clear only the clogged downspout free of charge. It does NOT mean a free gutter cleaning in 3 months. It also does NOT mean that we will make a trip at no charge to test downspouts if no clogs have been observed. It also does NOT mean that we will come back out in three months just to check your gutters.
How do I know if my downspouts are clogged?
We understand that you are not always home to observe the presence of issues or problems associated with clogged gutters. There are few ways to determine if you suspect that your gutters are overflowing.
- First, look for pooling water or dirt that has been eroded away from the area under the gutter or downspout.
- Second, look for leaves or debris stuck to the fascia of the gutter (the face of the gutter you can see from the ground); this will indicate that debris has flowed with water from inside the gutter.
- Third, take note of downspouts that seem to drain slowly or drip for a few hours or days after it has rained; this indicates a partial blockage where water has pooled in the gutters and slowly draining.
- Lastly, if you observe any water in the basement or the walls in the basement look wet, there is a chance that water isn’t flowing away from the property and is flooding the ground near the home’s foundation.

Algae, moss, mold and pretty much any other organic growth love to hang out in cool, damp areas. The north side of a building provides an abundance of shade and moisture. That’s why the “green” is always more prominent on the north side of your house.
Our signature low-pressure soft-washing system uses a pressure under 1000psi that is safe for all cleaning surfaces of your home, windows, and landscape.
Beware of using high pressure to clean your home, this can absolutely cause damage. Siding can be broken, windows can be cracked and water can be pushed into places you don’t want it to go when using PSI's higher than 1500psi.
Soft Washing is a cleaning process that utilizes low pressure to deliver a customized cleaning solution, specially blended to meet the demands of each project. It differs from pressure washing in that the cleaning solution is applied at low pressure which will not harm or damage painted surfaces, shingles, wood, or vinyl siding.
The power of chemistry is what makes our Soft Wash process so effective. Different surfaces and different contaminants require different levels of “soft washing”. With each cleaning job we perform, our cleaning solution is custom mixed on-site and applied. We do not have a “one size fits all” approach to cleaning. We will customize a cleaning plan to maximize effectiveness while also keeping your cost as low as possible!
Some surfaces will require pressure to get the maximum “clean” effect. When this is the case, we are fully equipped with the latest in today’s pressure washing technology as well!
Yes, our soaps are eco-friendly and biodegradable. However, they could cause damage if they were used by someone without the proper training or experience. We are trained in Plant and Property Protection and we work around beautiful landscaping every day! We always go above and beyond to make sure your plants are happy and healthy
My cleaning season is March through the first week of November on days above 32°F. I take the months of December, January, and February to rejuvenate.
